Knight of Swords

This is a difficult time for you. You'll find your life changing suddenly and your everyday patterns being disrupted. Conflict is indicated, but despite the initial troubles you'll be forced to face, this is also a mind-expanding time that will bring new perspectives, dramatic change and with this a certain amount of personal upheaval. Know that if you stay calm, rational and focused, you are more than capable of rising to the current challenges you're facing.You may also find yourself having to deal with a rather unpleasant person, one who is unemotional and often ruthless. This person often uses rather cold and seemingly heartless words that can easily hurt those around them. This person doesn't mean to cause pain as this is simply who they are and how they behave, but hurt they often do. Again, stay strong and do not let them get under your skin in any way.

Knight of Swords

You are looking for a way to broaden your knowledge and mental faculties. Often this comes in the form of a sudden and dramatic change to your life such as a move to a new home or a change of jobs. Sometimes it's simply seeking a new challenge that will make your life more interesting. Swords is indicative of conflict, so these changes may initially be difficult to deal with. If you're finding yourself swept along in the middle of some dramatic event, keep in mind that this is going to be a very fleeting thing and is ultimately not going to be as satisfying as you wish. Should difficulties arise, do your best to avoid flying off the handle. A calm approach will lead to a positive resolution.

Knight of Swords and Ten of Swords

Card One. What You Seek. Knight of Swords. You are looking for intellectual stimulation and a broadening of your knowledge. Often this comes in the form of a conflict or a sudden and dramatic change to your life. Perhaps you're moving your home, or starting a new job, or simply seeking a new challenge to make life much more interesting than it's been. If you're finding yourself swept along in the middle of some dramatic event, keep in mind that this is going to be a very fleeting thing and is ultimately not going to be as satisfying as you wish.

Card Two. What Will Come to You Unbidden. Ten of Swords. One phase of your life is ending and another is just beginning. This change may have been forced upon you, rather than be of your own making, and while it may be an uncomfortable process to go through, it will mark the release of whatever has been holding you back. This could be anything from a work situation to a relationship or an outdated way of thinking that no longer serves you. This may feel like a crisis right now, but it will work out in your favor and you will grow from this experience.
