Five of Pentacles and The Emperor

Card One. What You Have. Five of Pentacles. You're currently feeling overwhelmed by life's circumstances and not sure how to move forward and thus feel better again. Is there something missing in your life? Have you been ill? Look closely and you'll find the support you need. It may not come from an expected place, but it is there, waiting for you to embrace it. If you're feeling as though you've accidentally taken the wrong turn on your path somewhere, you need to address the weaker parts of the spiritual, physical and psychological areas of your life. By shoring them up and tending to them as needed, you'll feel less an outsider in your own existence.

Card Two. What You Seek. The Emperor. You wish to be stronger and more dynamic and to do so you must find your more masculine self, seek the hidden extrovert within and channel your power energy. Get organized, take control of your life and in using your intellect, as well as bit of good old fashioned intuition and some careful reasoning, you can achieve what you seek. Work hard and stand firm and what you desire will come to you.

Five of Wands

Expect a trying time ahead full of lots of little irritations, frustrations and possibly arguments with those close to you. All the hard work you've been undertaking of late may be hindered by delays or misunderstandings. These troubles will be time-consuming and difficult, but they won't be impossible to surmount provided you keep your goals in sight and don't lose heart. A few compromises may be the easiest way to keep the peace and resolve these tricky little situations. Trouble isn't always trouble with a capital T, but it can still be challenging. Although your troubles may not be especially serious, nor long-term, you're still going to need to find a way to deal with them effectively and be assured you do have the resources and energy to tackle them successfully.

The Hierophant

It's time to turn your attention inward and focus on spiritual matters rather than the outside world. What is your purpose in this life? What is your soul's journey meant to accomplish? These are the questions you must ask yourself and then begin your quest for the answers. You may find yourself connecting with a spiritual mentor in the near future or you may choose to start your own esoteric studies to further your inner knowledge. However you decide to acquire this knowledge, alone or with guidance, now is the time to find your spiritual purpose, to seek inner wisdom and to tap into your higher spiritual nature through self-discovery.

The Lovers

You have a choice to make about something very significant in your life: do you throw caution to the wind and take the more exciting but less stable road, or do you choose the road that ensures safety and stability but perhaps a bit less passion? Regardless of which you choose, you have to remember that each will demand a sacrifice of some sort. You will have to give up something valued no matter what you choose. Keep in mind that this may not necessarily be about an actual relationship, it can relate to any significant choice you are being faced with. Think carefully and choose wisely as your life will be forever changed when you decide.
