Ten of Swords

One phase of your life is ending and another is just beginning. This change may have been forced upon you, rather than be of your own making, and while it may be an uncomfortable process to go through, it will mark the release of whatever has been holding you back. This could be anything from a work situation to a relationship or even an outdated way of thinking that no longer serves you. This may feel like a crisis right now, but it will work out in your favor and you will grow from this experience. Being able to see the whole picture very clearly will enable you to come to terms with what has transpired, to see that the 'death' of this circumstance is essential in order for new ideas, new behaviors and new relationships to develop.

Queen of Wands

Death

In movies when the Death card is drawn, you'll usually hear ominous music and an old soothsayer's prediction of a character's death, but in reality this card seldom refers to an actual physical death. Death is the card of change and transformation, of something reaching its conclusion, and the next stage of your life at its beginning. Right now you are going through a radical change of some sort, with old outworn psychological patterns and behaviors that have outlived their purpose giving way to a new you. You musn't be afraid of what your future holds, nor is it healthy to try to hang on to what has been, simply because it feels familiar and safe. Now is the time to embrace your rebirth (be it from singlehood to marriage or marriage to divorce, youth to adulthood, et al) and although you may feel a sense of sadness at the passing of this phase of your life, it's important to remember that nothing is permanent. In order to be transformed you must trust in what lies ahead. We must let one thing die before we can give birth to the new.

Ace of Cups and The Moon

Card One. Past Influences. Ace of Cups. You've recently begun a fresh chapter in your life emotionally; perhaps a new relationship or a new stage in an existing one. Right now, all your key relationships, be they romantic or platonic, feel much deeper and more spiritual in quality. The Devil

You're about to meet the darker side of your own nature. You may be finding yourself in an oppressive situation today and you may feel trapped. Even though this is going to feel pretty awful while it's happening, it is going to give you tremendous insight into yourself and ultimately will make for a great release of negative energy and tensions within you. Things are usually never as bad as they seem, nor as bad as we manage to make them with our own internal filters and fears. Judgment, The Empress and Ten of Ghosts

Card One. Past. Judgment. You have made a review of your past life and are coming to terms with how far you've come and how much you've achieved. We're all familiar with the adage, "as you sow, so shall you reap" and by closely evaluating yourself and any accomplishments you have achieved or negative things you wish to purge in a very frank and honest way, you will have the chance to wipe the slate clean and start fresh. In order to do this, you need to confront the consequences of the actions and choices you have made, to come face-to-face with any mistakes and resolve any conflicts. Only then can you delight in your achievements and be more in control of shaping your future destiny.

Card Two. Present. The Empress. The moment is ripe to channel your energies into a creative endeavor and come up with new ideas for a fertile future. You're looking for unique ways to use your talents, to not only be emotionally fulfilled, but to also serve a practical purpose as well. You're feeling a strong sense of well-being, with physical security and emotional fulfillment. Feel yourself flowing freely at this time with the rhythms of your life.

Card Three. Future. Ten of Ghosts. This is the wish card so you can expect a cherished wish to be granted. This is also the card of pure happiness: stable relationships, emotional security, a feeling of peace.
